3 Day Money Back Guarantee & Money Back Policy at Vivid Media we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.


   If you have any technical or commercial questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel that the service you have purchased is not the best fit for your needs, and you have attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to do it right. Vivid Media also would love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve the service packages.


   In addition, please note that we do everything possible to process the refund as quickly as possible. But it may take up to 5 days for our payment processor or your financial institution for the refund to be reflected in your bank / card account.


   Once you have requested a refund, you can no longer subscribe to our service at any time in the future. Request a refund follow the steps below to send us your refund request:

1- Use the contact form to request reimbursement.

2- Use the same email address as the one you use to purchase our services.

3- Indicate your invoice number.
